As we live over 2.5hrs from South Shields, I had email chats with Erik, who answered all my questions. As the car looked well, I was content to pay a holding deposit prior to traveling at the weekend. The car was as described and ready to drive away, as the most impressive and refreshing thing about Riverview Cars is that they service the car, to the manufactures service schedule and MOT it, before it goes on sale, and then include a 1 year warranty. Very impressed with how we were dealt with from start to finish. Would not hesitate in giving Erik and Kirsty a visit.

Excellent customer service really friendly and helpful. I was looking for a little car for my mam after my dad had passed away recently and she was left car-less. Mam was understandably quite nervous with the whole process of buying but Kirsty was absolutely brilliant with her. She put her at ease straight away and put no pressure on her at all to buy, which is very rare from car sales! We looked at a lovely little Aygo one day and drove it away the next with a brilliant warranty and feeling really good about the whole process. Probably the easiest experience I’ve ever known when buying a car. Mam is loving her little car and it’s giving her the freedom to get out and about.
