    Poor Service

    Went to view a Peugeot over a week age. The Ad on Autotrader stated it has 12 months MOT and a full service history, got up there and it turned out it had no MOT and not a full service history. On inspection of the car there was water in one of the front headlights. On checking with the DVlA it had advisories and we were informed that no car left their premises with advisories and it would be all sorted. We paid £100.00 deposit and left expecting them to carry out the work. On checking with the DVLA again the same advisories were still on there. I asked for the deposit back but as yet am still waiting for them to refund me. We were lied to and would not recommend buying anything from this company

    We are lost for words ar this review, the car in question, a ten year old Peugeot, had slight condensation in a fog light, the part was on order and had not arrived but was due to be replaced. The advisories on the MOT were, under tray fitted, wheel trims fitted and engine cover fitted, these are normal and do not require any action, they are just an observation which the MOT tester must make following the change in the MOT rules. As for the deposit, the refund was issues immediately but takes three working days to process. This review is very unfair and We have since sold the car to a very happy customer.

    I bought a car in July , service was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a problem with the car but there was no issue about taking it back to them to repair. The work was done within a day , absolutely amazing service.

    Very helpful and genuine staff. Couldn't have been a quicker and easier experience. Traded in our old bmw for a beautiful Audi A4. Still haven't seen a better example of this model for this price and condition yet. The interior was near immaculate even with 80k on the clock. The paint work must have been scratched previously because the whole car had been meticulously machine polished. As an experienced valleter I couldn't have done a better job especially considering black is notorious to get a high quality finish on. The car had also been well serviced and the belts changed. Couldn't be happier. There's not many car dealers I would recommend but I won't hesitate to recommend Riverview.

    Bad experience at Riverview.

Had car brought to garage on trailer asked for courtesy car told no "will run you to station or bus depot."Cost me £400 for hire car, then two weeks later car broke down again another £200 for hire car.Since then engine warning light and spanner light on at least once a day. I have kept car going as dont see why I should pay for hire car. Eventually this week my patience broke went back told them not happy want rid of car was offered less than half what i paid in November. Told that was because I had done nearly 10k miles. Every time i have gone out in car I was expecting warning lights to come all the time and didnt know if I would reach my destination.. But do they care, ? I was told "we will fix"but I cant afford to hire anymore cars. This car is not fit for purpose . Beware if you buy they the will not supply a courtesy car.I will never buy from there or recommend
